3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

MyResumeSync offers the following subscription plans:

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Week Pass purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial with the following terms:

• 3 resume processing attempts
• No time limit on trial usage
• Access to all core features
• No credit card required for trial

After exhausting your free trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Week Pass purchases cannot be cancelled as they are one-time payments
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• Week Pass refunds are only available if the service has not been used
• Monthly subscription refunds are prorated based on usage

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of MyResumeSync, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

7. Content Ownership and Usage

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you provide to MyResumeSync
• You grant us a license to use your content solely for providing our services
• We do not use your content to train AI models or for any other commercial purposes

Generated Content

• You own all content generated by our AI services based on your input
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
• We provide no guarantee of accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose

8. AI Services and Limitations

Our service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate content. Please note:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You should review all generated content before use
• We implement quality assurance measures but cannot guarantee perfect results
• AI services may occasionally be unavailable due to provider limitations

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• Third-party service outages may affect functionality
• We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyResumeSync shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use of AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
